Chanin brings extensive corporate and organizational experience in operations, administration, finance, and organizational development across multiple industries. With more than three decades of accounting experience, her background includes grant management, human resources, compliance, workforce development, and program management. She has built businesses from the ground up, owned and operated businesses, helped transform a start-up construction company into a successful operation managing large-scale projects, and led teams and organizations through growth and change. Her experience also includes developing financial and administrative systems, building partnerships, and creating the structure needed to turn ideas into sustainable operations. Chanin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Her experience and belief in helping people recognize their potential became the foundation for CEDAR and its mission. 

Trina Walley is an experienced executive director and public-service professional specializing in community engagement, resource conservation, grant administration, partnership development, outreach, and program delivery. Her work centers on helping communities advance practical conservation initiatives through collaboration with landowners, agencies, nonprofits, and local stakeholders.  She is a dynamic leader with more than two decades of experience in administration, community outreach, marketing, events, and natural-resource conservation. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science and Management from the University of California, Davis. 

Jennifer brings extensive experience in operations, real estate, property management, data analysis, compliance, customer service, and team leadership. Her background includes nearly 10 years with Amazon in data analysis and fraud investigation, along with property management and her current work in real estate. She has also supported individuals with disabilities, employment readiness, and community engagement, giving her a valuable combination of operational expertise, problem-solving ability, and service to others. 

Brooke brings experience in customer service, hospitality, business operations, and team collaboration, along with an academic focus in finance. Years of working directly with people have given her a strong understanding of communication, service, and relationship building, while her finance studies strengthen the financial perspective she brings to CEDAR. Her combination of practical business experience and financial knowledge supports CEDAR's commitment to responsible growth and

long-term sustainability.
